How does it work?

We are always looking out to meet new people and their enterprises. We are truly excited to discover people who are making a change for the better in this world. Made for Good carefully selects each enterpeneur, artisan and artist to showcase their story and product on Made for Good.

When we see and believe that you share our values, then we will embark on an adventure together. We will meet and finally produce a short documentary about your story and place your products on Made for Good.

What is our business model?

I just started this enterprise but soon the company will not be privately owned. That means that the company will not be a private asset. Of course the people who work on building Made for Good will have a salary. And just as any other company we have costs and need a healthy income to re-invest in our venture. Therefor we ask our selected participants a contribution for making the documentary video. Other income will come from a fair percentage of the products that are being sold on Made for Good.

I am sailing new seas so I can not give an exact percentage yet. For example, shipping costs vary and I still have to get more experience to make a good breakdown. However, my intention and average guessing now is:

  • 70 % is for the entrepeneur, artisan or artist > They will set their own price

  • 15 % to 20 % will go to Made for Good > Profits will go back into the company and in the community we will be part of

  • 1 % of each sale goes to a good cause directly suppporting nature, such as the WWF

  • 9 % to 14 % will probably be the average for the shipping costs, of course also depending on size and weight
